Land and Negroes for Sale.
We will sell on the 19th day of October next, at the late residence of J. C. Mickle, dec’d, eight likely Negroes, Women, Boys, Girls, and one man—a very good Blacksmith. At the same time and place, the tract of land on which said Mickle lived at the time of his death, containing about 220 acres ; bound by the land of Geo. D. Martin, Thos. Ogburn and Bryan Smith.
Any person wishing to see said land can see it by calling on Mr. M. Mickle on the premises. Terms—12 months credit, bond and approved security.
