These are to give Notice. That about thirty Miles up Hudsons (or the North) River, there is a good Plantation to be SOLD, containing about Twelve Hundred Acres whereon there is a good Barn, Orchard and one Hundred Acres of Land cleared, also a very good stream of Water, suitable for a Grist & Saw-Mill, which is to be disposed of by Lewis Gomez of New-York, Merchant.
A New Sloop, and a Negro Man capable to manage a Sloop, and some Negro Men fit for Plantation Work, One Negro Woman fit for Town or Country, and is big with Child. He has also a parcel of fine Negro Boys.
Whoever inclines to buy any of the above Particulars, may apply to the said Lewis Gomez, who will dispose of the same on Reasonable Terms.
