There are to be Sold, a very large Farm, adjoyning to Hudsons River, lying in the High Lands, named Oldmans Creek, Eight or Ten Miles beyond the Place where Mr. John Alsop lives, call[ed] New-Windsor. The said Farm containes Twelve Hundred Acres of Land, more or less, of which there is about One Hundred Acres Cleared and in Fence, with two Houses, a large Barn of 55 Foot long and 50 Foot broad, an Orchard of about One Hundred Trees that Bear every Year. and good Conveniencies for Sawing of any fort of Timber; like-wise two Lime-Kills, and Lime-Stone enough not above the distance of 30 or 40 Foot from the said kills. There is also Meadow belonging to the said Farm, and a very good Creek for Fishing and Fowling, and good Conviencies for a Grist-Mill. There are four Negro Men that used to burn Lime, one Negro Woman and Three Children, which are also to be sold. If any Gentlemen has a Mind to Purchase the said Farm, may apply to Lewis Gomez in New-York, Merchant, and agree on Reasonable Terms.
