Ran away, from the Subscriber, living in Dumfries, the 13th instant, a MULATTO FELLOW, about 5 feet 4 inches high, named PACKER, though he sometimes goes by the name of GEORGE PACKER, or GEORGE FOSTER, a shoemaker by trade, about 26 or 27 years of age, down look, a very bushy head of black hair, bow-leg’d; had on when he went away, a blue coat with white lining, white yarn stockings, and brown jacket jacket, his other dress not recollected. I expect he will change his dress, as he stole some cloaths when he went away, among the rest a pair of overalls—He ran away from me about a year ago, and got to Baltimore, and the chief part of his time was at Fell’s-Point. Whoever takes up the said Slave, and brings him to me, or secures him in some gaol, so that I may get him again, shall receive TEN DOLLARS Reward, from
JOHN LINTON.
