Transcription
Ran away the 14th Instant, from his Master Eleazer Tyng, esq; of Dunstable, a Negro Man named Pompey, about 40 Years of Age, midling Stature, heavy eyed, one of his Fingers is reckoned to be so crooked that he cannot hold it out straight; he carried away with him a Homspun grey Coat with yellow Metal Buons, 2 Jackets, one a scarlet Cloth with a
pink coloured Lining, and white Metal Buons, the other blue German Serge, Buons of the same Colour, red Shalloon Lining, light blue German Serge Breeches, white Metal Buons, a white Linen and a Woollen Shirt, grey Yarn Stockings, a pair of Pumps, one Felt and one Bever Hat, and a white Linen Cap. He can play on a Violin. Whoever shall take up said Runaway, and convey him to his said Master at Dunstable, or to Mess. Alford and Tyng, Merchants at Boston, shall receive Five Dollars as a Reward, and all necessary Charges paid. Eleazer Tyng.
