Ten Dollars Reward. RANAWAY from the fubfcriber on the 18th of March, a Negro Man named TOM.— about 45 years of age, 5 feet 3 or 5 inches high, ftout built, very black, a forward impudent fellow, the fore finger of his right hand ftiff, is a tolera-ble barber—had on blue cloathes when he went off.
