RUN AWAY FROM on board the Schooner Wambaw, on the 5th instant, June, 1768, a Negro MAN of the blacker sort, aged about 26 years, short stature, and well made, the wool or hair of his temples growing low upon his cheeks, his name MINGO, and by trade a Cooper, worked many years in Charlestown, and is well known there and about Stono and Christ-church parish: he was just bought from Mrs. Milner, widow of the late Mr. Job Milner, and went away after fair promises of behaving well, without the least provocation. He usually wore a green jacket, blue cloth trowsers, and a handkerchief tied low on his forehead, and also a hat. Any person who will secure the said negro in the work-house, or deliver him to the subscriber, his present owner, shall have TWO PISTOLES paid as a REWARD, and reasonable charges besides.
