Dwelling House & Garden for Rent. THE HOUSE at present occupied by the subscriber, on the Rail Road, one mile from town. Improvements consist of a dwelling, double kitchen, cistern,&c. There are on the place about 800 fruit trees, (many now bearing) consisting Peach, Pear, Nectarine, Apricot, Plum, Cherry, Damson, Quince,&c. There are about 4 1/4 acres under fence, and it is a most desirable spot for a market garden. Possession given immediately.
