Transcription: A probably fatal accident occurred at the West Jackson school building yes-terday. A negro carpenter fell from the roof, where he was engaged at work and sustained injuries from which it is not thought he will recover. He fell on his head and shoulders, breaking the collar bone and crushing the head.
