Valuable Real Estate, FOR SALE. WILL be sold to the highest bidder, at the Auction Store of Messrs. John Hender-son & Sons, on the first Friday in February next, if not previously disposed of at private sale, all the valuable [?] of the late George Smith, deceased si[?]ated [?]he forks of the roads leading to Washington and Liberty, too well known to need further discription, as those wishing to purchase will no doubt view the premises, which will be shown by Mr. A. Daniels, living near them. Also, the unexpir-ed term of a lease o[?] eight and one fifth acres of fine tillable land, [?] year in Cotton, situated immediat[?] back of the house and lot last oc-cupied by the [?] George Smith. Also, One Negro Woman named Nelly, who is a good cook and washer. The Terms will [?] one tenth cash, for the balance a credit of one, two and three years, the purchaser giving bond with approved se-curity and a mortgage on the property till paid. The titles are indisputable. Anthony Smith, Administrator with the Will annexed. January 13, 1827. 2—
