A SITUATION The undersigned would dispose of his house and lot in the town of Pinckneyville on advantageous terms. It is a beautiful situation for a private residence, and is in perfect order in every respect. On the premises there is a never failing well of excellent water, and also a choice selection of fruit trees of various kinds.— He would also dispose of 3 slaves, 2 of whom are very valuable,— the one being an excellent cook, washer, and ironer, and the other a first rate house servant, and tolerably good seamstress.
