Public Sale. I WILL sell at public sale on the first Saturday in April next, the property belonging to Jacob Shaifer, CONSISTING of one lot of ground; Dwelling House, Kitchen and Smoke-house, with other out-buildings; a steam saw-mill frame, part of which is raised; also, a lot of machinery. The above property will be sold on a credit of one and two years. On the same day will be sold on a credit until the first of January 1837, two negroes, a woman and boy. The woman is recom-mended to be at as good a cook as there is in the State. Household and kitchen furniture; gin-wright and carpenter's tools; two new gin-stands, with cast-steel saws, warranted to do good execution if well used; blac-smith shop and tools, coal and coal-house; 2 or 3 head of horses; 4 or 5 head of cattle; tools and saws of every description.
