WE have a very efficient Cook, Washer, and Ironer; has been taught the general duties appertaining to housekeeping; a dark mulatto col-or, stout, active, and healthy; whom we will sell for $[?]75 00. Her owner is desirous of selling her to the country, where she could not obtain liquor, that be-ing the only cause of his offering to sell. The ne-gro woman is one of the likeliest in the city, and to a person in the country, her services would be inval-uable.
