STEAM SAW MILL FOR SALE.—The under-signed will, on the first day of March next, offer at public sale, in the town of Jackson, his Steam Saw Mill, situated one and a half mile from Jackson, on Pear riv-er. There are two lathe saws and a grist mill, attached to the establishment, all of which is now in successful op-ration. The saws will turn out, 4000 feet of plank per day, on an average. The tract of land on which the mill stands, will also be disposed of. It contains 450 acres more or less, 25 acres of which are well cleared, and in good order for cultivation. The uncleared land is well timbered. A portion of the tract is on the west side of the river, which will of course secure a ferry to the owner of the establishment. There is also a good dwelling house near the mill, suited for a family residence; also ac-commodations for laborers. There are two excellent springs of never-failing water. The following articles will likewise be disposed of, viz: two good wagons, two pairs of carrylogs, three teams of oxen, a set of blacksmith and carpenters tools, two flat boats, &c. In short, every thing necessary for running the mill has been provided, and will be sold with it, so that the purchaser will not be under the necessity of expend-ing a dollar, but can immediately commence operations. I have six able-bodied negroes, who are accustomed to the labor required at the mill, that I would hire for the present year to the purchaser, should he wantthem. Two of the negroes are sawyers, one a good fireman; the other three are wagoners. Terms of sale, $5000 cash, the remainder in three equal instalments, the first to fall due on the 1st of January, 1840, the second 1841, and the third in 1842, payable and ne-gotiable in bank, satisfactorily endorsed. WM. H. YOUNG. Jackson, Jan. 24. 46-ftds.
