RUN-AWAY, about two months ago, a Negro man, named QUASH, a ship carpenter by trade, had on when he went away a blue negro cloth jacket and trowsers. He is well known in Charles-Town and on James's Island. As it is probable he may endeavour to hire himself to work at his trade, all persons are hereby forbid harbouring or employing him. He is country-born, speaks good English, is a very black fellow, middling well made, and about five feet six or eight inches high. Whoever delivers him to the Warden of the Work-house in Charles-Town, or to the Subscriber on Hilton-Head, shall receive FIVE POUNDS reward, and all reasonable charges.
GEORGE RUSSELL.
