TWENTY DOLLARS REWARD. RAN away from the Subscriber about Three Months ago, Two Negro men, one by the name of AMERICA, formerly belonging to JAMES CARNEY, dec. by trade a Cooper, about thirty years of age, slender built, of a yellowish complexion, has a large scar on one side of his head. The other by the name of BEN, whom I purchased of WM.[William] W. HILL, formerly the property of LEMUEL HATCH dec. He is about forty years of age, of a dark complexion thick set, stoops very much, and was lately seen lurking about in Jones County.--The above reward will be given to any person apprehending, or securing them in any Jail so that I get them again, or Ten dollars for either of them. If the above Negroes are not apprehended by the 25 inst. I will then expose them for Sale at public Auction on that day to the highest bidder, at six months credit for approved Notes.--All persons are forwarned from harbouring, employing, or carrying said Negroes away under the penalty of the Law.
