I WILL GIVE A REWARD of twenty-five dollars for the delivery to me, or for the confinement in jail so I can get him, of my Tarpentine Cooper, ISAAC.--He is well known in New Hanover, and is supposed to be lurking about Long Creek and Moore's Creek.
