TO BE SOLD at publick Vendue, on Thursday the 2d of January next, at the House late Mrs. Trott's at the Point, 14 Negroes among which are a House Carpenter, a Blacksmith, and a Ship Carpenter. Also all the Household Furniture, and a large Library of Books. All to be sold at publick Vendue, on Wednesday the 8th of January next, at the Plantation of the said Mrs. Trott, called the Hagan, near Strawberry, a parcel of about 40 Negroes, amongst which are some Coopers and a Bricklayer; also the stock of Cattle, Sheep, Hogs, and all the Plantation Tools, ---- A Year's Credit will be given for the Negroes and stock in the Country, giving good security if desired. The above being the Estate of the said Mrs. Sarah Trott deceased. ----- All Persons to whom the said Estate is indebted, are desired immediately to send in their Accompts attested to Thomas Smith jun. And all Persons that are indebted to the said Estate, are desired immediately to pay the same to him.
