To be Sold by the Subscriber, on wednesday the 24th of April 1751, at the plantation of Mr. Paul Grimball deceas'd on Edisto Island, lately belonging to Capt. Richard choice parcel of negroes, amongst whom is a good fellow wheel wright, carpenter, and butcher, named Walley, a choice of cattle, horses, sheep and sundry household goods. All sums 20 l. and under to be paid down at the day of sale, for all credit to be given to the first of January, interest from the day of being paid, and such secutiry given as shall be approv'd of. property not to be alter'd till the conditions are comply'd. All persons indebted to the said estate are requir'd forthwith to charge the same to
