ALL Persons who have any Demands on the Estate of Capt. Stephen Beauchamp late deceased are desired to give in their Accounts to Daniel Laroche Administrator or William Whiteside Esq; in George Town.

Also all Persons Indebted to the said Estate are desired to pay the same to the above mentioned Laroche or Whiteside by the first Day of March next. Otherwise they will be sued without further distinction.

NB. The Personal Estate of the above mentioned deceased will be sold at publick Vendue the first Day of February next consisting of One Negroe Woman who is an Extraordinary house Wench with two small children, a young Negroe Men that is a good Cooper & Carpenter, two other young handy Negro Man, one of which is this Country born, one house, sundry dry & Household goods.
