To be sold at Publick Vendue, on Tuesday the 22nd of October, at the House of Mrs. Rachel Elfe, in Queen Street, at to o’Clock in the Evening,
SUNDRY valuable Negroes, belonging to the Estate of Mr. THOMAS ELFE, Cabinet Maker, deceased, among whom are, a Jobbing Carpenter, a Sawyer, one Bricklayer, one Painter, and two valuable House Wenches, both Seamstresses, likewise sundry Cabinet Work and Chairs, with some other useful Household Furniture. Also, 3 Tracts of land, one in St. Matthew’s Parish, of 500 Acres, one in Caves County, of 600 Acres, one ditto of 900 Acres with a large Mount upon it, and a Lot of Land in King-Street, adjoining Mr. Patterson the Carpenter’s, as 25 Feet in Front, and 100 Feet in Depth. The Conditions will be made known on the Day of Sale.
All Persons indebted to the said Estate, by Bond, Note, or Bank Debt, are desired to make speedy Payment, to enable us to discharge those who have any Demands, who are desired to send in their Accounts properly affected, to Rachael Elfe, Executive Thomas Hutchinson, Benjamin Baker, Executors
