To be sold at publick Vendue, at Mr. Joseph Levy’s at New Market, on Thursday the 14th Day of February next;
FORTY valuable SLAVES, mostly country born belonging to the Estate of Mr. JOSEPH PORCHER, deceased, consisting of good jobbing carpenters, a good Cooper, Sawyers, a very good Cook, House Wenches and seamstresses, and fine Field Slaves. Also A Tract of LAND on Satilly-River, containing Nineteen hundred and fifty Acres, and is esteemed one of the best Tracts in that Part of Georgia. Also, Another Trace of LAND at the Round O, in St. Bartholomew’s Parish, containing Three hundred and ninety eight Acres, good for Rice, Corn, and Indigo, on which is a good DWELLING HOUSE, and other convenient OutHouses, late the Property of Mrs. Broadwell.
The Purchasers may have twelve Months Credit, 9 giving their Bonds with Security, and bearing Interest from the Day of Sale.
All Persons indebted to the said Estate, are hereby re-quested to make immediate Payment.
Any Person inclinable to purchase the above Lands, be-fore the Day of Sale may treat with
