TO be sold on Thursday the 1st Day of May, at the Plantation where I now live, commonly called Sandy-Run, The said valuable Plantation, containing about 700 Acres, situated on the Saltketches, adjoining the Lands of the deceased James Donor, Esq.; on which there is a good Dwelling House, Barn, Stable, Orchard, &c. Also at the same Time and Place will be sold, Twenty valuable slaves, late the Property of Capt. Jonathan Donnom deceased, among whom is a good Cooper, jobbing Carpenter, House Wench, Spinners, Seamstresses, several handy Boys and Girls, and some Horses The Conditions will be made known on the Day of Sale.
