VALUABLE PROPERTY FOR SALE.
BY virtue of a conveyance made in the under-signed, by Theoderick F. Bradford, we will sell to the highest bidder, on the first Monday in Au-gust next, at the Court house in the town of Shel-byville, the following property, to wit:
13 OR 1400 ACRES OF LAND,
on the Turnpike road, near Guy’s gap—also, the tract of land on which said Bradford now lives, con-taining
three or four hundred acres;
a tract of land about three miles east of Shelbyville, adjoining the lands of Moses Nelson and e. Bowman and others; a tract of land adjoining the town of Shelbyville, on the east, containing
Seventy-five Acres.
All the interest of said Bradford in the
COTTON FACTORY
Which is a new large Brick building, with sufficient water power to carry any reasonable amount of Ma-chinery. Several TOWN LOTS in the town of Shelbyville—also several LOTS in Fosterville, and about
Seven Acres of Land
At the Cedar Spring, on the other side of Fosterville—also, FIFTEEN NEGROES, consisting of
EIGHT MEN, (two of them
GOOD BLACKSMITHS)
Four Women, 3 Boys and one Girl;
Three Wagons and 2 set of Harness;
Nine valuable MULES;
Eleven head of WORK HORSES;
Five or six Yoke of OXEN;
One OX WAGON, and 3 or 4 ox Carts;
Five or six Mule Carts, and two set of
BLACKSMITH’S TOOLS.
ONE FINE BLOODED MARE,
Which is now is foal to GLENCO.
If said property cannot all be sold in one day, the sale to continue from day to day, until disposed of.

On the 28th day of August next, we will sell to the highest bidder, at the residence of said Bradford:
30 or 40 Head of Cattle;
2 or 300 Head of stock Hogs;
1 Set of Carpenter’s Tools;
Farming tools of every description, and tools for making McAdamized roads. The above sales, so far as the personal property is concerned, including negroes, to be on a credit of six months, and the lands upon a credit of one and two years, purchaser giving bond and approved security. Any of the a-bove property, we will sell at private sale, if proper offers are made before the day of sale. We are also authorized to sell about
100 SHARES of TURNPIKE STOCK,
In the Nashville, Murfreesborough, and Shelbyville Turnpike Company.
