Chancery Sale.
PURSUANT to a decree of the Court of Chan-cery at Franklin, at its October Term, 1843, in the case of Charles I. Love, Esq. vs. The Credit-itors of said Love and others, I will on the 1st day of January next expose to sale at the Market house in Nashville, upon a credit of 12 months, several Valuable negroes of both sexes, and among them a first rate Blacksmith.
Bond and approved security required.
On the same day I will hire for the ensuing 12 months all the Negroes belonging to said Estate re-maining unsold.
