Chancery Sale.
PURSUANT to a decree of the Court of Chan-cery at Franklin, at the October Term, 1845, in the cause pending therein between Chas. I. Love, Executor of Chas. I. Love, deceased, and the au-ditors of Chas. I. Love and others, defendants, I will on the 31st day of December, expose to sale, at the Market House in Nashville, upon a credit of 6 and 12 months, al the negroes belonging to the estate of Chas. I. Love. Among them are seve-ral valuable house servants, one blacksmith, &c.
Bonds payable in Bank will be required.
