To be Sold upon reasonable Terms by Mary Dunn of the City of New-York, Widdow and Relict of John Dunn, late of the same Place, Taylor, deceased; two very good Negro Men Slaves, Taylors, and one Negro Man Slave, a Butcher and Sawyer; also a certain new House and Ground being in the East Ward of the City of New-York aforesaid. Whoever is inclined to purchase the said Negroes or House and Ground, or either or any of them, may apply themselves to the said Mary Dunn living in Princes Street within the North Ward of the City of New-York, and be fully satisfied about the Price of them.
