Five Pounds Reward.
RAN AWAY, from the Subscriber, on the first of October, a Negro Lad called EVAN, but I am informed he now calls himself PHIBBIN; he is about 19 years of age, and of a yellow complexion; he was got by a white man; he is a little knock-kneed, and his feet stands out when he walks; he is about 4 feet 9 or 10 inches high, and short-necked, and pretty complaisant; he took with him two osnaburg shirts, a country cotton coat, and a new round wool hat: He has been at Baltimore-Town, about 7 or 8 weeks past, and offered himself to several blacksmiths shops. He has been with one William Edmonds, blacksmith, of Calvert County; but he belongs to Hilliary Wilson, of the same County. I am informed he has hired himself on Fell’s-Point, to wait upon Gentlemen, to clean their horses, and go of errands. Whoever will secure the said Negro , so as his master may get him again, shall receive the above Reward, paid by
HILLIARY WILSON,
living in Calvert County,
Dec. 25, 1783.
