TWENTY SILVER DOLLARS REWARD.
September 25, 1781.
RAN away, last night, from Mount-Royal Forge, near Baltimore-Town, a Mulatto Slave named WILL, 22 years of age, 5 feet 8 or 9 inches high; he is a sensible well-made fellow, has been used to farming, but these twelve months past has worked in a forge, at a finery; had on, when he went away, a felt hat, old grayish-colour’d coat, black cloth or flannel jacket, country linen shirt and trousers, a pair of pumps, with narrow-rim’d silver buckles. Whoever secures said fellow, so that he may be had again, shall have, if taken in the county, Ten Dollars, and if out of the county, the above Reward, and reasonable charges, if brought home, paid by
JAMES FRANKLIN.
N.B. He lately cut himself with an ax, which is not quite heal’d up.
