Executor's Sale. BY virtue of an order from the probate Court of A-dams county, granted at the November term last past. We shall proceed to sell on Monday the 16th day of January next, by PUBLIC AUCTION, to the highest bidder on 12 months credit, that valua-ble Plantation, (called spring-field,) situated on Pine Ridge, bordering on the Mississippi river in Adams county, about 12 miles from the city of Natchez, con-taining by estimation, 1000 Acres of excellent Land, on which is a new Gin and Mill, dwelling House, Ne-gro cabins, Cistern, &c. Together with about 80 Slaves of both sexes, and all ages, among which are Carpenters, Blacksmiths and House servants. Also, all the stock of Horses, Mules, horn Cattle, Sheep & Hogs, with all the farming utensils, Corn and fodder. We shall also by virtue of said order, proceed to sell, on Monday the 23d of January next, by public Auction, on 12 months credit, the plantation called "Elm Wood," situated in Claiborne county, Miss, on or near the waters of the Bayou Piere, about 18 miles from Port Gibson, containing about 600 Acres of good Land, nearly 150 of which are under improvement, on which is a dwelling House, Negro cabins, Cotton Hou-ses, stables &c. Together with about 20 Slaves, Men, Women and Children. Also, all the Horses, Mules, horn Cattle & Hogs, with the Corn and fodder, farming utensils, &c. all the property of the late John P. M'Neill, Esq. deceased. Sale in both cases to take place on the premises; and in case of wet weather, the sale will be opened from day to day until fair; when the sale will take place.
