TWENTY SERVANTS FOR SALE OR HIRE. BEING desirous of leaving for Richmond, Va., I wish to close out the remaining stock of Ne-groes, either by selling them at $50 to $100 less than the same kind can be bought for next fall, or by hiring them out to persons that will treat them well and pay the hire without much trouble. To such persons they will be hired very low; they consist of 1 seamstress, 1 blacksmith and white washer, 1 shoemaker, 2 nurses, 8 cooks, washers and ironers, and the balance are common laborers or field hands.
