50 Dollars Reward. RANAWAY from the subscriber, in the month of February, 1824, a negro man named ARCH, about twenty-four years of age, five feet ten incheshigh, not very black ; smart, active fellow ; rather forward ; a good boatman—He is suspected to be in the neighborhood of the Old Cou[?] House.
