PUBLIC SALE. Will be Sold on the frist day of March next, at Public Auction, to close the concern of RUTHER-FORD, FISK & M'NIELL, the following Valuable Property: The House Store and Ware House Occupied by Messrs. Montgomery & M'Niell, and the Ground, measuring 125 feet on Fourth Street, by 133 feet on First North Street. The two New Brick Tenements, (Three Stories) adjoining Messrs. SHIPP & BABNARD, each fronting on Fourth Street 22 and a half feet, by the depth, of between 148 and 160 feet on First North Street. A House and Lot On First North Street, between Sixth and Seventh Streets, measuring 50 feet on First North Street, by the depth of 150 feet on Seventh Street. One Vacant Lot, Corner of First North and Seventh Streets, having a front on First North Street of 60 feet, and 150 on Se-venth Street. Twenty-four Vacant Lots, On Second, Third and Fourth North Streets, and Sixth and Seventh Streets. The House, and Out-Houses, Pormerly the property of R. Greenwell, in Greenville, (now in good repair,) measuring eight poles on Main Street, by the depth of ten poles. 1000 Acres of Land, On the Homochitto River, about twenty miles from Natchez. 605 Arpens of Prime Land, On the left bank of the Mississippi River, adjoining be-low by lands of Charles B. Green, Esq. 10,000 Arpens of Land, Situate in the Arkansas Territory, part of the Grant by the Spanish Government to Elisha Winter. Also the following Slaves: TOM, 33 years old, a brick-layer and brick-maker, SALLY, 22 years old, a field hand, MILLY, 13 or 14, accustomed to pick out cotton, MALINDA, 13 or 14, occustomed to pick cotton, A Horse, Saddle and Bridle. Terms—For the Slaves, Horse, Saddle and Bridle, 90 days credit, payable in Bank, with an approved en-dorser—For the balance of the property, one fourth payable at 60 days; the residue at 12, 18 and 24 months, with approved security and mortgage on the property.
