Sale of Valuable Town Proper'y, and between 40 or 50 Acclimated Negroes. BY JACOB SORIA, & Co. WILL be sold on the 21st day of Novem-ber inst., at the Auction room, corner of Main and Pearl street, between 40 or 50 Accli-mated Negroes, young and very likely, and all first rate Brick makers. Also, a splendid House and Lot sl[?]u[?]te on 'Monroe and Broadway streets, now occupied by Isaac Lumm, formerly the resi-dence of David W. Lippincott. The said Lot is 100 feet front, and running back 116 feet: The House contains 5 rooms, with 3 fire-places and a fire-brick cellar, a gallery in front of said House, a good kitchen with two rooms, Store rooms; Smoke houses, and other out houses, with a fine cistern, and garden, &c , with a full view of the Mississippi River up and down, form a high ele-vation. Also, 27 L ts situate near the Rail Road Depot, said Lots are situated on Broadway and Monroe streets, and adjoining the property of L. Covington, Esq., and William J. Minor. The Lots lie level and are located in the most popular part of the city, as the Rail Road Depot is within a few yards of it.
