WAS Commited to the jail of Adams county, M. T. on the 22d ult. as a runaway, a negro named Samuel Cage—Says he belongs to Aaron Gorbam, carpenter, of NewOrleans. He is about 5 feet 9 inches high, 26 years of age, yellowish complexion has large whiskers and beard, remarkably active and sensible— says he is a carpenter by occupation.
