COMMITTED to the jail of Warren county, b Miles C. Folkes, Ma[?]or, of the city of Vicks-burg, a negro man, who says his name is pHILIP GORDON, and that he belongs to Adam Smith, of Port Gibson, Miss. Said boy is of a dark complex-ion, six feet high and is a carpenter by trade. The owner is hereby notified to come forward prove pro-perty, pay charged, and take said nogro away, or he will he dealt with as the law directs. E. B. SCARBROUGH. Sh'ff. july 31. 32
