New Arrival, 60 Negroes Expected. I HAVE just received information that I shall have to arrive here about the 15th inst[?], Sixty Likely Young Virginia Negroes, among them is a No. 1 Carpenter, a young negro man of fine appearance, and as good a mechanic as ever was offered for sale any where. Those wishing to purchase will do well to call about the time specified above, as they will be pretty certain to ar-rive about that time, and will be sold at a small advance on their cost in Richmond, Va.
