VALUABLE HOUSE AND LOT FOR SALE, ON MAIN STREET. THE property belonging to F. ROWLAND, and now occupied by him as a Coffee House and Confectionary store, on Main street, opposite the Planter's Bank. The house is two stories high, built of brick and rough-cast, and contains two extensive stores fitted up for a Hotel or Tav-ern. On the second story are six rooms, with an adjoining building in the rear, measuring fifty feet. The basement story contains suitable kitchens; the second story contains two rooms with galleries on the side, with a good yard, cis-tern, stable, and other out-houses—also, a fine Garden. The lot is fifty-two feet front on Main street, running back two hundred feet, more or less. Also, with or without the establishment, a choice lot of liquors, selected expressly by Mr. Rowland. Also the Confectionary and utensils, and all the household and kitchen furniture. Also, two likely Negroes, consisting of one Negro Man aged about 23 years, and his wife 23 years, both acclimated. These servants are highly recommended as to character and capacity.— The Negro man is a good ostler and carriage driver, his wife a good cook, washer and ironer. Should the property not be disposed of at private sale by the 13th day of February next, will on that day be sold at public auction by the sub-scriber. Terms of sale made known by applying to JACOB SORIA & Co. Auctioneers. Jan 31.—twF13—66
