$20 REWARD. RUNAWAY from the subscriber on the 8th inst., Mulatto Boy POLITE, or HENRY. Said Boy is about five feet six or seven inches high, 25 or 26 years of age, is intelligent and active. He is well known in Franklin county, having worked for some-time on the Rail-road, and was purchased by me at the sale of the effects of the Rail Road Company. It is quite likely he is now lurking about the neighbor-hood of Judge Turner's Plantation. I will give the above reward to any person who will apprehend him, and deliver him to me at this place, or confine him in some jail, so that I get him again. All reasonable expenses paid, independent of the reward. THOS. MACKIN. Natchez, Jan 24, 1849.—c1w3
