WAS Committed to the Jail of Adams County M. T. on the 16th of July, A Negro Man named Mofes ; Who fays that he belongs to George Davis of New Orleans ; he is about 5 feet 8 inches high, has loft one of his upper front teeth, is a fhoe and boot maker by trade.
