Notice. A NEGRO man by the name of Daniel, belong-ing to Mr. H. S. Hudspeth, of Bordon, Chicot county Arkansas, and who was hired in Vicksburg, left this place on the 7th July last, to visit his wife in Lafayette county Mississippi, and has not been heard of since. He had the consent of his master to visit his wife, and was authorised to be absent 14 days. He is a tailor by trade--left on a boat for Memphis. His wife belongs to Mr. B. F. Rogers, at Oxford, Miss. He is of light complexion, an intel-ligent fellow—can read and write, and has a habit of leaning his head forward in a stooping position when walking. Any person who may come across him, will please apprehend him and inform his mas-ter, or the undersigned at Vicksburg. KIRTLAND & CO.
