PUBLIC SALE. ON Thursday, 1st day of July next, will be offered at Public Auction, on the premises, the late resi-dence of Mrs. Ann Brabston, near Washington, Adams county, Miss., now occupied by W. J. Fergu-son, containing about 80 or 90 acres of Land, upon which is a large Dwelling, good Cistern and well, together with the necessary out-buildings. Also, Cows and Calves, Horses, Farming Utensils, House and Kitchen Furniture of every description, one Carriage and Barouche. Also, if not previously sold, one Negro Man, aged about 40 years, a first rate teamster, of good character and a valuable hand on a plantation, and one Negro Woman aged about 27 years; she is a first rate wash-er and ironer, good cook, and her character for hones-ty and faithfulness unexceptionable, with her four children. The terms, which are favorable, will be made known on the day of sale. Sale to commence at 10 o'clock, A. M. Should the weather be unfavorable, the sale will take place the first fair day afterwards.
