December 2, 1802. TWO PISTOLES REWARD. RAN AWAY, about five weeks ago, from the Subscriber, a Negro Man, named TOM, by trade a Sadler, and well known in Kingston, from his being the property of the late H. Powell. He is about 28 years of age, about 5 feet 4 inches high, has an old wound on his right leg, near the ancle; had on when he absconded an Osnaburgh frock, blue pantaloons, and leapard skin cap;has been frequently seen by the water-side, at the east end of Kingston, about Putney-Lodge. The above reward will be given to any person or persons apprehending and delivering the said slave to Mr. Illiam Fry, Sadler, Water-Lane. CALEB POWELL.
