Manchioneal, Oct 16, 1814 Runaway from Hertford Estate, a Cooper N named TOM, alias TOM OAKLEY, but christened THOMAS JONES, of the Angola country, black complexion, round visage, and is marked RI and BI [a l’envers dans le texte], or something like it, on his back; He is very artful and may attempt to get on board some Ship or Drogger, the Masters of which are cautioned against employing him.
