Transcription: 19th March, 1813. RANAWAY on the 14th ultimo, a negro man named GEORGE, a Mungola, by trade a Carpenter, four feet four or five inches in heighth, marked IM, supposed to be harboured by some of his country folks about the east end of the city. A Pistole will be given for bringing him home to the subscriber or lodging him in the Workhouse, and a Doubloon by proving to conviction by whom harboured. J. McKA[]LL.
