100 Dollars Reward! RANAWAY from Franklinville farm, near St Louis, on the morning of the 24th inst. a Mulatto man who calls himself Joseph Blake, Twenty-six years of age, five feet ten, and a half inches high, hazle eyes, shore wool or flaxen hair, light copper colour, short nose, scar on the out side of the right leg just below the thick part occa-sioned by a burn, is somewhat freckled in the face, and at first appearance is like an Indian, he was born in Charleston., South Carolina, and was purchased from Mr. Coon, in Kentucky, in June last ; he is a pretty good waterman, and may make down the river ; he had on and took with him a blanket great coat which had been dipped in a dye, but not much coloured, it was short with a standing collar, an old black fur'd hat, a new pair of strong shoes, a pair of leather and an old pair of fine blue cloth overals, two cotton (with French sleeves) and one tow cloth shirt.——Who-ever will take up said runaway negro, and lodge him in St. Louis jail, or deliver him at my farm nine miles north of St. Louis, on the road to Belle Fontaine, shall have the above reward ; and if taken fifty miles from St. Louis, all reasonable charges will be paid DAN: BISSELL.
