A Choice and Cheap Situation, For Sale or Barter. THE subscriber intent on moving to the city of Washington, will dispose of his present dwelling at Kingston, Ney-Jersey, ontaining about 6 1-4 acres of first quality land, in a high state of cultivation ; with the improvements thereon, consisting of a good dwelling house, about 74 feet front on the main road between Philadelphia and New-York, with stables, carriage house and ice house, all in good order ; and in the garden a number of good fruit trees. The view is almost unbounded, and in point of health not exceeded in the United States. The house is so situatd that two firndly families can be accommodated therein, without (unwished for) interference with each other ; or would be an excellent stand for a good tavern or large store. Possesoin may be had immediately ; the title is indisputable, and the premises clear of every incumbrance. A liberal credit will be iven to any one inclined to purchase on time. The purchaser of thehouse can also be accommodated, in reasonable terms, with from 5 to 10 acres of good wood land, within 1-4 of a mile of the house. A strong healthy NEGRO WENCH also for sale, well used to country work, say, baking, milking, spinning, &c. understands plain cooking. Apply to Robert Boggs, esq. in New Brunswick, or the subscriver on the premises. THOMAS TINGEY. August 19, 1800
