Twenty Dollars Reward. RAN away from the subscriber in Woodbridge, Middlesex county, on the 18th instant, a Negro man named CESAR, about 40 years of age, 5 feet high, hair queued behind ; had on when he went away, a homespun hair, trowsers and coat, much given to drink, understands farming, is a good cook, and handy among horses, it is supposed he has a forged pass and changed his clothes--whoever takes up said negro and returns him to his master, or puts him in any gaol so that his master may get him again, shall have the above reward, and all realonable charges paid by JEREMIAH CLARKSON.
