MILLS FOR SALE To be SOLD at PRIVATE SALE, FIFTY-FIVE acres of excellent Land--30 acres of which is well timbered, 10 good watered meadow, and the remainder good arable land--lying on the main road leading from Ringo's Old Tavern (new Meldrum's) to Corryell's Ferry, being about three miles distant from each place. There are on said premises, a good stone dwelling-house, barn and barracks ; an excellent well of water at the door ; a good grist-mill, and an excellent new two story stone fulling-mill, with two flocks and a full set of tools, sufficient for carrying on the business-- the whole is in good repair. The grist-mill and plantation, exclusive of the fulling-mill, has rented for 751. per annum. An indisputable title will be given , and the conditions of the sale make known, by application to the subscriber, and possession given the first of April next, or sooner if required. Also for Sale, A Negro Man and his Wife. The negro man is 22 years of age an excellent miller and understands the farming business well. The negro woman is 24 years of age, understands all kinds of house work, and is an excellent cook. For further particulars inquire of JOHN STEVENSON.
