RAN AWAY FROM the subscriber on the 21st inst a Mulatto Man named STEPHEN, about five feet ten inches high, 26 years old; --he took with him two Dutch Blankets, and a quantity of good cloathing; he is a carpenter by trade, and understands the Mill-wright business. It is expected he will aim for Petersburg, Virginia. Twenty Five Dollars will be given if taken in this State, and Fifty Dollars if taken out. RODHAM ATKINS. Raleigh, March 23, 1801.
